This might you if you're on one of our sites and can't access things that you could access before. Or if you can't access content you think you should be able to access.


What's the deal?


When you use one or more of our sites, you have to use a Google Account or Facebook account to sign in. This makes things easier for everyone, e.g. because you don't need to create a new account on our site, and because we never see your login information. 


But it can cause confusion if you try to sign in with another account.


For example. if you're signed in right now using a different Google Account from the one you used before, then the site may not recognize you. 


This may mean some menu items aren't available to you. And it may mean that some course menus don't show up for you.


What do I do?


Luckily, it's pretty easy to deal with this:

  1. Sign out of all of our sites
  2. Sign out of your Google (or Facebook) account
  3. Sign into Google (or Facebook) using the same account information you used when you asked us to set you up
  4. Sign back into our sites!
